cancellation

In principle, the following cancellation conditions apply to your holiday
(same conditions as for online bookings):

Flexible rate:
(applies unless expressly agreed otherwise):

free of charge

• up to one day before arrival in the low season (1.1. - 24.4. and 16.10. - 31.12.),

Exception: for bookings over New Year's Eve or Easter
Free cancellation is possible up to one week before arrival

• up to two weeks before arrival during peak season (25 April - 15 October)

For later cancellations, 80% of the travel price will be charged as cancellation fees in the event that

if we could no longer rent the room to anyone else.
Excluded from this provision are any express written agreements to the contrary.

 

Non-refundable rate:

This rate must be explicitly agreed upon. Free cancellation is then no longer possible, but you will receive a discount on the room rate. Should cancellation become necessary, the full price of the trip will be charged.

To cover possible absences due to illness, we recommend
taking out hotel cancellation insurance.
