cancellation conditions for your holiday
(the same conditions as for online bookings):

free of charge

up to one day before arrival in the low season (01/01 - 04/24 and 10/16 - 12/31),

Exception: for bookings at New Year's Eve or Easter
There is a free cancellation option up to one week before arrival

up to two weeks before arrival in the main season (4/25 - 10/15)

In the case of later cancellations, 80% of the travel price will be charged
as cancellation costs if we could no longer rent the room to someone else.
Excluded from this regulation are other express written agreements.
